We are delighted to introduce you to Pam and Stu Larsen of Pamz Meat Market in the Rangitikei town of Marton.
Pam and Stu have taken over Laurie's Meat Market, but Laurie Hunt continues to oversee the processing of the lamb packs. They all take immense pride in the product and are delighted to be part of the processing of our Texel Lamb Packs.

Laurie and Viv Hunt owned their business for many years and their knowledge and expertise enabled them to put together our Highland Texel Gourmet Lamb, which is second to none. So with Laurie's guidance,  we have confidence that every lamb pack, which goes out to a customer, will be what is expected:first class.                                                                                                             

Your lamb pack will arrive via New Zealand Couriers to your place of choice, containing an ice pack, which helps to keep the lamb in a chilled condition.

A brochure, cooking and handling instructions, as well as recipes (for first-time customers), are enclosed in a mini-grip bag placed on top of the lamb packs in the chilly bin.
