Kiwi Lamb Steaks
Serves 6

6 thick leg steaks
12 kiwifruit
12 sprigs of fresh mint
1/2 cup white wine
60 gms sour cream

Peel and thinly slice 6 kiwifruit into a shallow ovenware dish.

Pound steaks and dip into white wine and place on top of kiwifruit. Peel and slice the 6 other kiwifruit and lay on top of steaks. Leave marinating for 30 minutes.

Wash mint and finely chop together with the top layer of kiwifruit from the steaks.

Place sour cream in bowl and fold in chopped mint and kiwifruit. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon mixture over steaks. Cover with plastic film leaving one edge unsealed.

Cook on High (100% power) for 12 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
