Marinaded Lamb Kebabs
1-2 Highland Texel rump cut into 3-4 cm pieces, (Can use topside or thick flank) 2 tsp whole grain mustard 1/2 red pepper 1/2 yellow pepper 1-2 courgettes, sliced 1/4 cup HP sauce 1 tsp curry paste 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. honey
Method:
1) Combine HP sauce, mustard, curry paste, juice & honey. Turn lamb in it & marinade 30 mins.
2) Thread onto skewers with peppers & courgettes & brush with remaining marinade.
3) Grill or BBQ over medium heat for 8-10 mins, turning 2-3 times.
Serve with green salad
