BBQ LAMB LOIN CHOPS
6 lamb loin chops, trimmed or leg steaks
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp oil
Juice from I lemon
2 Tsp grated fresh root ginger or /2 tsp powdered ginger
1. Marinate the lamb chops for 12 hours.
2. Lightly oil the barbecue and grill the chops for 4-5 minutes per side, and remove from the heat to a warm place for a further 2 minutes before serving.
