GINGERED RIB-EYE LAMB FILLETS
Serves 2 INGREDIENTS 1 Lamb Rib-Eye Fillet 1 clove garlic (crushed) 1 tsp sesame or olive oil 2 tbsps soy sauce 1 tbsp grated root ginger 1 tbsp honey METHOD 1. Mix together and pour over Rib-eye fillet & marinade for 1 hour or longer. 2. Bake in marinade for about 30-45 mins at 160oC. Remember Texel cooks quicker than conventional lamb |
