LAMB DRUMSTICKS WITH MUSTARD SAUCE

Serves 2 - 4
INGREDIENTS
2-4 Lamb Drumsticks (shanks)

1/2 cup Stock

1/2 cup sweet Vermouth

1 Tbsp Whole-grain Mustard
METHOD
1. Brown drumsticks in hot pan
2. Place in deep casserole dish, add stock and Vermouth and stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook slowly in oven for 1 & 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Remove drumsticks from pan and keep warm.
​4. Boil liquid in casserole dish until reduced to 1 cup. 

Stir in mustard - this makes a thin 'glaze' sauce.
